Based on advanced imaging and artificial intelligence technology, Taiho Zhuohai has successively developed PIDS belt-type intelligent dry sorter and VCS/VDS vertical intelligent dry sorter, among which the newly put into the market VCS/VDS utilizes dual-energy X-ray scanning imaging system to collect the images of free-falling/slip chute-falling materials, which has a higher signal-to-noise ratio and a wider adaptability to the particle size, with the lower limit of the sorting particle size being as low as 6mm. After the material is discharged from the vibrating screen, it falls freely to the chute without physical contact, so there is no risk of mechanical failure; the blowing system is arranged horizontally, so it is not easy to be clogged. The material can be accelerated to 3m/s when it falls to the lookout point, and the speed is about 5m/s when it falls to the execution point, which is 30% higher than the processing capacity of belt-type intelligent dry separator under the same conditions. After a long time of communication, the leaders of the meeting have expressed their appreciation to the intelligent dry sorting equipment of Taiho Zhuohai.
