On June 6-9, 2023 Russia International Mining Machinery Exhibition was held in Novokuznetsk, Taiho Zhuohai, as the leader of coal dry separation technology, shined in this exhibition. Novokuznetsk is located in the Kuznetsk Coal Field (Kuzbass for short), which is the largest coal-producing region in Russia with an area of 26,700 square kilometers, and the industrial reserves of coal ranked first in the whole country of Russia. The exhibition was re-organized after a three-year epidemic and attracted exhibitors from many countries, including China.
Taiho Zhuohai has been committed to the research, development and production of intelligent dry coal beneficiation and mineral processing equipment, this time to participate in the Novokuznetsk International Mining Exhibition, to the global scope of the coal mining enterprises to show the domestic advanced dry beneficiation technology.
On the day of the exhibition, Taiho Zhuohai's booth was exceptionally hot, with exhibitors and customers from more than 20 countries and regions around the world coming to learn more about the equipment. Based on the dry coal separation technology independently developed by Taiho Zhuo Hai, the AI intelligent vertical sorting machine is launched to fill the blank of key equipment for domestic raw coal anhydrous coal separation in the particle size of 6-200mm, which is capable of overcoming the environments not suitable for the traditional wet coal separation such as lack of water, severe cold, and the ore is easy to be sludged, etc., and improves the life span and value of the mines with a more green and environmentally friendly sorting process. Its application scenarios include: pre-discharge gangue of power coal and coking coal, sorting out high-quality power coal and ultra-low-ash coal, and extended application scenarios include underground pre-discharge gangue, kaolin recovery, and charcoal shale (black gangue) recovery.
Clean and efficient utilization of coal is not only the development direction of the national coal mine, but also the development direction of the world coal mine. At present, Taiho Zhuohai's intelligent dry sorting equipment has been out of the country, and has been successfully used in Mongolia, and in the domestic market, we have provided products and technical services for the national energy, China Coal Group, Huaihe Energy, Shaanxi Coal Group, Shanxi Coking Coal and other domestic famous mining groups.
