On the morning of June 10th, the opening ceremony of Taiho Optoelectronics' first Qifa class of 2019 was held in Hefei New Wencai Convention & Exhibition Hotel. Mr. Xu Dahong, Chairman and General Manager, several company executives and external experts attended the opening ceremony.
The "Sailing Talent Special Training Camp" (referred to as "Sailing") is a training program specially designed for the reserve managers of Taiho Optoelectronics, aiming at reserving a batch of management reserve talents with high responsibility, strong ability and good results for the company during the period of rapid development and change. The project has finalized 35 students of Sailing 1 class after preliminary registration, audit and screening. The specific flow of this opening ceremony is as follows:
Mr. Xu Dahong, Chairman and General Manager of Taiho Optoelectronics, delivered a speech at the opening of the class. On behalf of the company, he expressed congratulations and welcome to all the management trainees present, and further elaborated on the company's employment philosophy and development direction. The company advocates the spirit of striving and provides growth opportunities and development platforms for employees who are willing, willing, and capable. He hopes that students will take the upcoming series of training seriously, master the knowledge and skills of each module with a positive, solid, and hardworking attitude, and demonstrate their self-worth and achieve self transcendence during Taiho's rapid development period.
At the opening ceremony, Ms. Zhu Ning, Deputy Director of the MBA Center at the School of Management of the University of Science and Technology of China, served as the management coach for this project. With the theme of "Action Learning: An Efficient Path for Leadership Development," she elaborated on the action learning projects interspersed in Taiho Optoelectronics's inaugural class. "Combining training with combat", "learning while doing", breaking traditional training, using structured knowledge as a supplement, and solving practical cases in enterprises as a landing point.
As the homeroom teacher of this inaugural class, Zhou Lizhong, the director of the Human Resources Center, led the class students to plan and envision their learning process and goals, and emphasized that regardless of which department the students come from, the ultimate direction for our ability improvement is consistent: always customer-centric and customer-oriented.
Subsequently, all the students of the departure class stepped onto the stage one by one, and were awarded the exclusive flight departure badge by the company's senior leadership. This was a moment full of ceremony. The golden five pointed star shaped badge symbolizes that the students are about to embark on a new journey, and also symbolizes that every star will eventually shine brightly.
After the badge was issued, it was time for the halftime break. All attendees moved to the hotel entrance and took a group photo as a souvenir.
Flight initiation adopts a class based and credit based management approach. In order to further strengthen the integration of personnel from different departments, in the afternoon of that day, all students began their first "course" on flight initiation - indoor expansion training. Five groups completed all five levels of training through close division of labor and collaboration, feeling the significance of team strength and cooperation during this process.
Riding the wind, breaking through the waves, standing at the tide, setting sail at the right time. The smooth opening of flights in 2019 reflects the company's high emphasis on talent cultivation. As an important module in the talent development strategy of Taiho Optoelectronics, we look forward to the launch of the project to contribute significantly to the company's talent development strategy.
