Quality Star - Xia Lunxiang
Xia Lunxiang from the cold plate group of the manufacturing center is an argon arc welder. In the first quarter of 2019, among all the cold plate group welders in the manufacturing center, he was awarded the "Quality Star" by the company for his feedback of "zero quality issues".
In the process of constantly upgrading and updating company products and optimizing process standards. Xia Lunxiang studies hard, humbly seeks advice, and strictly demands himself with high standards, striving to improve his welding skills. In his spare time, he often uses his lunch break to learn process drawing standards, and carefully compares his welding products to implement the process requirements and specifications for each product. I am not stingy with imparting my skills to my apprentices, patiently and meticulously explaining the key points and precautions of each welding product, and teaching by example step by step. Since joining the company in April 2016, Xia Lunxiang has been dedicated to his work, practical and innovative, and has won widespread praise from leaders and colleagues.
I always remind myself that a person's success comes first and foremost from their own unremitting efforts, and secondly, it is closely related to the external environment they are in.
