To thank everyone for their diligent, selfless and persistent efforts, and to inspire everyone to continue working hard and move forward courageously. On the afternoon of April 30th, nearly 80 members of Taiho Group held a carnival party - the first batch of collective activities for the 1-3 anniversary of employees joining the company. Fun fingerprint check-in, a variety of fruit snacks, intense team building games, and surprise commemorative gifts... This afternoon, with you, me, and love.
This event has specially set up a fingerprint drawing board check-in section, with various types of ink such as red, orange, yellow, and green, symbolizing colorful Taiho and enriching life. Several fingerprints together form a painting of "setting sail", catering to everyone's beautiful hopes for the future of Taiho, and looking forward to riding the wind and waves together with the company, sailing towards the future.
After the host finished reading the opening speech of the event, the fun and exciting team building game segment followed closely. All personnel were randomly divided into 4 teams, each wearing their own team specific vest, and the game was about to start.
The first warm-up game to be played was "One Yuan and Five Cents", which tested the reaction ability of the team members. After the warm-up session, the atmosphere of the activity reached a small climax. "Running a Train on One Leg" and "Back-to-back Balloon Clamping" test the team members' cooperation and tacit understanding, with bursts of laughter and cheers constantly coming from the scene. The team building game adopts a point based ranking system, and in the end, the Orange team members lived up to expectations and reported the prizes.
Happy time is always fleeting. After the game segment, Assistant Director of the Manufacturing Center, Fei Youyi, delivered a speech. He said, "The anniversary celebration of joining the company is a good opportunity for everyone to freely communicate and confide in each other. As a humanized enterprise, Taiho is worth the efforts and struggles of its employees. Of course, employees are also the 'booster' of Taiho's new growth points and the most precious wealth of Taiho."
