Strengthen shift construction to create production team

Taiho Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. production department manager Comrade Li Xian Yang in the evening of July 5, 2017, in the meeting room of the sixth workshop organized a training of internal management personnel of the production department. The target participants were team leaders, workshop directors, deputy managers of front and rear work paths, contained reserve cadres, and relevant personnel of the production department.

At the beginning of the training, Manager Li introduced the theme of the event to the participants. One is how to improve the management skills of team leaders, i.e. grassroots cadres, and the other is how to build a team with team leaders as the core. This activity adopts the way of indoor classroom training, and Manager Li shared many cases in management with the rich management knowledge combined with his own practical experience.


During the 2-hour training, Manager Li said that the team leader is the most basic management personnel of the enterprise, and is the most direct executor to fulfill the targets of product quality, production plan, cost control and so on. The team leader should be fair and just in the daily management, and be able to walk the talk. To do "people-oriented, to the heart of the heart", and subordinates to love as brothers and sisters, with "heart" and subordinate communication. In the subordinate work errors, we must learn to think differently, learn to be grateful to employees, we must learn to self-criticism. Subordinates outstanding performance to be publicly recognized, the subordinates produce faults alone privately criticized.
