Taiho Management Backbone March Specialized Training - "Performance Management and Employee Performance Coaching" Successfully Concluded

In order to assist the improvement and enhancement of the performance management work of each center and help employees' self-development, under the great importance of the company's leadership and the strong support of each center, the Operation and Human Resource Center invited an external training institution to carry out a two-day training on the topic of "Performance Management and Employee Performance Counseling" for Taiho's management backbones from 17th to 18th of March.
The training time is two days and one night, the training lecturer is Mr. Gao Wei, professor of Tsinghua University, Peking University and other colleges and universities president class. The trainees arranged their jobs in advance and came to the training room on the first floor of No.6 workshop early in the morning to sign in.
The course has fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the participants through theory teaching, case practice, group discussion and competition quiz. Participants listened attentively, responded positively, learned in the classroom, practiced after learning, shared after practicing, deeply understood the concept and meaning of performance management and employee performance coaching, and mastered the relevant skills and tools in the actual work.
As the teacher said, all work must have a goal, all goals must have a plan, all plans must be supervised, all supervision must be assessed, all assessment must be rewarded and punished. In order to shape a good learning atmosphere, the operation and human resources center also prepared prizes in advance, and after two days of study, the lecturer for the highest-scoring study group members for awards.
