At the meeting, Qi Hu, the technical director of Taihe Zhuohai's products, made a technical communication speech entitled "Fine Grain Ray Intelligent Dry Separator Technology", focusing on Taihe Zhuohai's self-developed VCS/VDS Vertical Intelligent Dry Separator, which was eagerly concerned by the leaders at the scene of the meeting.
VCS/VDS Vertical Intelligent Dry Separator utilizes dual-energy X-ray scanning and imaging system to collect the images of free-falling/chute-falling materials, with higher signal-to-noise ratio, wider adapted particle size, and the lower limit of the sorting particle size is as low as 6mm, and it is the only high-precision intelligent dry separator in the industry with dual-energy X-rays. There is no physical contact with the material throughout the whole process, so there is no risk of mechanical failure; the blowing system is arranged horizontally, so it is not easy to be blocked. Under the same conditions, the processing capacity is 30% higher than the belt-type intelligent dry separator.
