In order to strengthen academic exchanges in the coal washing and processing industry in Anhui, Shanxi and Hebei provinces, to demonstrate the production and technical strength of the coal washing and processing industry in the three provinces, to further strengthen the exchanges and cooperation in the areas of production, scientific research, design, management, personnel training, etc., and to promote the technological progress of the coal washing and processing technology in the three provinces, the Anhui Coal Society Coal Selection and Comprehensive Utilization Committee, Shanxi Coal Processing and Utilization Society, and the Hebei Provincial Coal Society of Anhui Province, Shanxi Province Coal Processing and Utilization Society, Hebei Province Coal Society jointly organized the Anhui, Shanxi, HebeiAnnual Meeting of Washing and Processing Committee of Coal Processing and Utilization Society of Northern Three Provinces. A number of key enterprises in the coal field, including Taihe Zhuohai, were invited to participate.



At the meeting, Wang Jincheng, Vice President and Chief Engineer of Taihe Zhuohai, made a theme report of "Photoelectricity Intelligent Dry Selection Equipment Technology and Application", and exchanged opinions with experts and business leaders on site in depth.



The report focuses on Taihe Zhuo Hai's newly developed VCS/VDS Vertical Intelligent Dry Separator, which has been put into the market. This equipment successfully expands the lower limit of accurate sorting of bituminous coal to 6mm, and based on this equipment, it is the first time to put forward a new process of intelligent anhydrous coal beneficiation in the industry for the whole granularity level, which is able to significantly reduce the construction and operation cost of coal beneficiation plant, and it is of great significance for the clean processing and high-efficiency utilization of coal resources in the west of China's water-scarce region.


Vertical machine utilizes dual-energy X-ray scanning imaging system to collect images of free-falling materials, with higher signal-to-noise ratio and wider adaptability to granularity; and there is no physical contact with free-falling materials throughout the whole process, so there is no risk of mechanical failure; the spraying system is arranged horizontally, so it is not easy to be clogged; and under the same conditions, it has a higher capacity than that of the belt-type machine by 30%!
