On September 29, 2022, Shanxi Coking Coal Group held a technical seminar and exchange meeting on "deep pre-discharge gangue", aiming at strengthening the strategy of "fine coal wins" from the perspective of gangue discharge efficiency and realizing clean and efficient utilization of coal. Hu Wenqiang and Hou Shuiyun, leaders of the Group Company, and Rong Shengquan and Zhang Youshi, leaders of the Joint Stock Company, participated in this technical seminar and exchange meeting.

Mr. Zhang Yong, Director of Product Planning and Senior Researcher of Taihe Juhai, was also invited to participate in this technical seminar and made a technical communication report with the theme of "Vertical AI Photoelectric Dry Sorting".,Focusing on Taihe Zhuohai's thinking on intelligent photoelectric dry sorting, pre-discharge gangue technology, gangue reutilization, etc., the R&D results of professional equipment of photoelectric intelligent sorting technology have been comprehensively shared.

From the 1950s to the present, the state attaches great importance to the resource utilization of coal gangue, the state issued the notice of "mine ecological environmental protection and pollution prevention technology policy" (Huanfa [2005] No. 109) pointed out that in 2015, the utilization rate of large and medium-sized coal mine gangue should be more than 60%; to promote the comprehensive utilization of gangue technology, such as power generation from the gangue, the production of cement and fertilizers, brickmaking etc.And the gangue discharge process is directly related to the cost of resource utilization of coal gangue.

At the meeting, Mr. Zhang also introducedTaihe Zhuohai independently developed "AI photoelectric vertical dry separator", which fills the blank of key equipment for domestic raw coal anhydrous coal separation in 6-200mm particle size, fully automatic raw coal separation, intelligent monitoring of operation status, and realizes anhydrous separation of power coal. Compared with the traditional wet coal separation process, it saves 70 kg of water per ton, reduces power consumption by more than 80%, and reduces the waste of raw coal by more than 60%; the gangue discharge process does not produce coal sludge pollution, reduces dust pollution, sewage discharge and heavy media loss; and the vertical machine occupies a small area, which reduces the occupation of the land of the coal preparation plant.The leaders of the meeting highly affirmed and praised the performance and technology of the vertical machine, and hoped Taihe Zhuo Hai could go further in the field of deep pre-discharge gangue in the future, and to a greater extent, help the coal enterprises to select coal accurately and discharge gangue efficiently.
