Packing line composition: the production line consists of 25 kg automatic packaging scale, sewing machine, 5 kg automatic packaging machine.
Shuangying Foods use packaging production line are adopted intelligent equipment, by the 2000L central batch weighing according to the central control room under the task command automatic measurement, measurement is completed automatically drop to the buffer bin by positive pressure pneumatic conveying to the next process.
Flavored powder inner packaging line
The well-mixed product is available in 4 x 5 kg/box and 25 kg/bag.
The 25kg heavy bag packaging line can realize automatic bag loading - metering - inner bag heat sealing - outer bag wrap-around stitching - conveying - bag pouring - laser marking (date marking) - palletizing robot palletizing.
25kg is packed in kraft paper composite PE inner bag, after double-line convergence, it passes the gold inspection machine, then goes through the re-inspection weighing to check whether the net content is qualified or not, the unqualified products are rejected on-line, and the qualified products are palletized by the on-line spraying code-palletizing robot in accordance with the designed pendulum shape way.
5kg vertical roll film packaging cartoning production line can realize bag forming-measuring-unloading-heat sealing-conveying-unboxing-cartoning-bundling-palletizing robot palletizing.
